Bridger WESTERN Alignments

In Bridger WESTERN, players choose from three distinct alignments at character creation: Inlaw, Outlaw, and Vampire. Each alignment offers unique spawn points and gameplay experiences.

Inlaw

Inlaws spawn in more civilized areas with easier access to shops and NPCs.

Spawn Point Options

  • Ridge B. County - Spawns you in 1 of 3 buildings
  • Digsite - Spawns you at adjacent digsite caravan

Key Features

  • Access to main town amenities
  • Easier early-game progression
  • Cannot change to Outlaw spawns midgame

Outlaw

Outlaws spawn in more remote, dangerous areas with different strategic advantages.

Spawn Point Options

  • Campsite - Spawns just outside of swamp
  • Outlaw Hideout - Spawns in woods fortress
  • Outlaw Hills - Spawns at 1 of 2 campfires
  • Red Corner - Spawns at the Red Corner in tunnel
  • Sandtown - Spawns in a random building at sandtown

Key Features

  • More dangerous starting position
  • Better access to early-game resources and encounters
  • Cannot change to Inlaw spawns midgame

Vampire

Vampires represent a unique playstyle with dramatically different mechanics.

Key Differences

  • Spawn Location: Vampire Ruins / Ominious Cave
  • Stats: Drastically elevated compared to average specimens
  • Weapons: Cannot use guns, but gains physical abilities
  • Playstyle: Melee-focused with unique vampire abilities

Changing Spawn Points

You can change your spawn point by:

  1. Interacting with each location’s corresponding NPC
  2. Paying a fine of 150 Moola

Important Notes:

  • Dying in your spawn point has a 30% chance to change it (prevents spawn killing)
  • Outlaws cannot set spawn at Inlaw spawns and vice versa

Which Alignment to Choose?

Choose Inlaw if:

  • You want easier access to shops and progression
  • You prefer a safer early game
  • You want to learn the game basics

Choose Outlaw if:

  • You want faster access to resources and encounters
  • You enjoy high-risk, high-reward gameplay
  • You want variety in spawn locations

Choose Vampire if:

  • You want a unique challenge
  • You prefer melee combat over guns
  • You want elevated stats despite limitations
